Luisa's meeting in Barcelona

This time the meeting was in Barcelona. Now it is time to say good bye to Rita and head west for my summer in Portugal.

Sister/friends meet again, this time in Spain

Hurray, we are together again. It is time to celebrate, laugh, and enjoy sunny Barcelona.

Independence Day - For Luisa and for Mozambique!!!!

This time not from Rovuma to Maputo but from Manila to Barcelona!  While Mozambique celebrates its 35th "birthday" Luisa has flown away, on her own, from Manila to Barcelona to celebrate with her longest standing sister-friend Rita!

Trail running team!

4 am on a Sunday morning we escaped rain and storms in Manila to head to the fields of Santa Rosa!

 

The New Balance Trail run was the first team run that we did together. 5km worth of run (&walk) fun and sun. Guess we will be back again (for more run and probably more kms!).

Next week I am off to Europe. Can't wait to see my friends and my family again, and start practicing some decent Portuguese.

Borneo escape

Limited photo coverage due to the volume of rain. Still well worth the escape: gorgeous landscape and very exotic wildlife. Still a lot to explore, but definitely not during the rainy season!
